摘要
以用户为中心,将互联网产品的目标导向设计原则引入电力需求侧数字化管理领域,从战略层、范围层、结构层、框架层、表现层,由下而上层层分析了面向政府进行电力需求侧在线管理及向社会用户在线普及电力需求侧知识的电力需求侧管理平台战略定位、角色定位、需求分析、功能设计及最终应用实践。
In this paper, the user-centered and goal- oriented design principle of the Internet product is introduced into the field of digital management of DSM, and ranging from the strategic level, the scope of layer, layer structure, frame- work layer, presentation layer, the power demand side online management facing the government and the strategic posi- tinning, role orientation, demand analysis, function design and final application practice of the power demand side management platform which serves to popularize the power demand side knowledge to the masses are examined and analyzed from bottom to top layer by layer.
