摘要糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）是糖尿病的重要检测指标,对糖尿病患者血糖控制方案及血糖控制水平的评价具有重要的临床意义[1]。目前检测HbA1c方法有很多,一般为色谱法、电泳法、免疫法和化学法。色谱法主要包括离子交换层析法、高效液相色谱法（HPLC）和亲和法、免疫比浊法、胶乳免疫凝集法（LIAA）等[2]。
