摘要
通过对锌合金薄壁件的材料、结构、尺寸进行压铸工艺分析,使用UG软件对该压铸件进行三维造型及压铸模设计,阐述了双分型面压铸模的结构特点,分析了薄壁压铸件的模具镶拼结构组成及推出机构中推杆的布局。加工后的模具经过装配与调试,工作稳定,产品质量满足客户需求。
According to the forming characteristics of the pressure-casting,by the analysis of casting process for the material,structure and size of the thin-walled zinc alloy part,3D modeling and die casting die were designed by using UG software.The structure characteristics of die casting die with double parting surface was described.The insert structures of die casting die for the thin-walled part and the push pin layout of pushing mechanis were analyzed.Processed die after assembly and adjustment exhibits steady working state.
