我国物流业“十二五”发展成就与“十三五”展望

现代物流业是我国经济运行的基础,推动我国经济集约式发展需要强有力的现代物流体系支撑。现代物流业是降低国民经济运行成本的基础保障,是推进传统产业升级发展的利器。全国人大十一届四次会议审议通过的《十二五规划纲要》明确提出了要大力发展现代物流业:加快建立社会化、专业化、信息化的现代物流服务体系;大力发展第三方物流;优先整合和利用现有物流资源;加强物流基础设施的建设和衔接;提高物流效率,降低物流成本。文中分析了《十二五规划纲要》给我国物流业带来的机遇,十二五期间我国物流业的发展成就,进而指出了十三五期间我国物流业发展的关键点。

Modern logistics is the foundation of economic operation in our country, to promote the intensive economic development needs strong support of modern logistics system. Modern logistics is the basic guarantee of reducing the national economic operation cost, modern logistics is the powerful tools to promoting the development of the traditional industry. Four session of the 11th National People＇s Congress examined and approved the ＂12th five-year plan outline＂ clearly put forward to develop the modern logistics industry, accelerate the establishment of socialization, specialization, informationization of modern logistics service system; Develop the third party logistics; Preferred integration and use of the existing logistics resources; To strengthen the construction and cohesion of the existing logistics infrastructure; Improve the efficiency of logistics, reduce logistics cost. This paper analyzes the opportunities of China＇s logistics industry brought by the ＂12th five-year plan outline＂, the achievements of logistics industry in our country during the period of the 12th five-year , then points out the key points of our logistics industry during the period of the 13th five-year.
