This paper summarizes the third party logistics enterprises in the supply chain management ability and the implementation process of the role, and in the supply chain management conditions of the three party logistics and the problem, put forward third party logistics in the supply chain management development proposal, so as to promote the development of the third party logistics in the new environment.
