摘要
目前铁路货运体制改革不断深入,自上世纪70年代以来,货运固有的收费体系未发生变化,与市场经济和国际的运输收费标准存在不足。通过对现有货运收费体系进行深入剖析,提出货运收费体系改革的新方案。
Currently, the rail freight system reform deepening. Since the 1970s, freight charges which are inherent with the system are not changed. The market economy and international transportation charges have deficiencies. Through the existing freight charge system in-depth analysis, a new proposal freight fee system reform.
