摘要
为了有效降低成品油库存成本,为成品油物流供应链的整体优化提供更加有效的支撑,提高成品油供应链物流效率。运用联合库存管理(JMI)和合作博弈的相关理论,以中国石油下属销售企业为蓝本,提出了成品油JMI基本模式,描述了成品油JMI操作流程,建立了成品油JMI模式下利润分配模型,并进行量化分析。
