近几年,供应链管理逐步发展成为一种新的企业管理模式,但其过程中往往存在不确定性,因此,供应链的风险管理也就成为专家研究的重要方向之一。文中主要针对目前我国在供应链风险管理方面存在的问题进行分析,并提出了几点合理化的意见和建议。

In recent years, supply chain management has developed into a new model for enterprise management with uncertainty in the process. Therefore, supply chain risk management has become one of the most important research directions of specialists. This paper centers on analyzing the problems that appeared in supply chain risk management in China, and give several reasonable comments and suggestions.
