2015年12月河南省为构建现代综合交通运输体系出台了"十二五"现代综合交通运输体系发展规划,提出了全面加快铁路建设;坚持民航优先发展;进一步发展公路网络等主要建设任务。2013年9月交通运输部与河南省委共同签署"共同推进河南省综合交通运输体系建设,加快物流业发展"《会谈纪要》,提出了进一步加快河南省综合交通运输体系建设,强力打造航空港经济综合实验区,建设国家重要的现代物流中心。文中通过分析国外综合运输体系发展现状、特点,结合河南省区位优势、政府政策,提出了河南省综合交通运输体系协调性发展建议。
