摘要
针对化工设备MRO物料批量小、种类多、管理难度大、费用高等问题,分析化工设备MRO采购的影响因素,采用化工设备管理信息系统对MRO库存、采购、领用数据和设备运行情况数据进行信息化集成,应用BP神经网络模型建立MRO采购需求预测模块,自动生成采购订单。同时增加订单对比监测模块,将预测采购订单与实际物理使用情况进行对比,以此对下次预测订单进行修正,并实时监测预测采购订单输出。通过实例验证此方法是有效的。
The MRO materials of chemical equipment have many special characteristics such as small batch, many varieties and high costs etc. The management of MRO materials is very difficult. To solve these problems, the influencing factors on MRO purchasing of chemical equipment is analyzed, and the inventory, purchasing, picking data of MRO and record data of equipment operation are integrated based on chemical equipment management information system. According to BP neural network model the prediction model of MRO purchase requisitions is built up. Then create the bill of stock automatically. What's more, the compare and monitor module is added to revise the forecasts of next order and real-time monitor. The method is effective through examples.
