摘要
以陇西分公司240kA铝电解槽新型阴极结构与传统结构为研究对象,通过对新型阴极结构电流性能的分析,指出新型阴极结构的确改进了240kA铝电解槽内衬性能,使电解槽铝液中的水平电流得到了明显抑制,电解槽稳定性大幅提高,吨铝成本更低,说明新型阴极结构运用于240kA铝电解槽是可行的。
Taking the 240kA aluminum cell new cathode structure and the traditional structure in Longxi branch as the research objects, the paper analyzes the new cathode structure current performance, notes that new cathode structure indeed improved 240kA aluminum cell lining performance, and the current in the horizontal direction in liquid aluminum was signifi- cantly inhibited , the cell stability was greatly improved, and the cost of aluminum per ton. Therefore, the new cathode structure used to 240kA aluminum reduction cell is feasible.
