微波辐射下离子化合物的合成及在Hantzsch反应中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用微波合成法得到4种离子化合物,反应在3~6 min内结束,并将4种离子化合物应用于催化Hantzsch二氢吡啶及Dilantin的合成,其中[n-C4H9Dmap]Br催化Hantzsch二氢吡啶,得到87%的较高收率。离子化合物可反复使用7次,且催化活性并未降低。反应具有操作简单、条件温和、产率高等特点。 Four kinds of ionic compounds were obtained by microwave synthesis,the reaction was end in 3 to 6 minutes. And the four kinds of ionic compounds were applied to the synthesis of Hantzsch and Dilantin via catalyzed by [C4H9Dmap]Br and can be reused 7 times. The yield reached 87%. The catalytic activity is not reduced and the characteristics of simple operation,mild conditions,high production.
