摘要
在p H 3.0磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸缓冲液中,Δλ=25 nm,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对罗丹明6G的同步荧光有猝灭作用,SDBS的浓度在0.028~50μg/m L范围内与lg(F0/F)呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.524μg/L。据此建立了同步荧光猝灭测定微量十二烷基苯磺酸钠的新方法,该方法可用于水中十二烷基苯磺酸钠含量的测定。
A new method for the determination of micro-amounts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate( SDBS) was developed based on the synchronous fluorescent quenching spectra. Synchronous fluorescent of Rhodamine 6G can be quenched with SDBS in the buffer solution of disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid with p H 3. 0( Δλ = 25 nm). A good linear relationship between lg( F0/ F) and the concentration of SDBS in the range of 0. 028 ~ 50 μg / m L was obtained. The detection limit was 0. 524 μg / L.The proposed method was applied in the determination of SDBS in water.
