职业生涯辅导理论的发展趋势 被引量:3

摘要 职业生涯辅导由职业指导发展而来。自从20世纪初有研究者提出职业指导的概念并建立了相关的职业指导理论,在一个世纪的发展中,这一概念已经历了四个阶段的发展变化。在其发展的过程中,体现了从单一和静态向双向互动和动态整合的发展趋势。这种发展趋势对我国现今中学职业生涯辅导研究和实践提出了新的要求。
