摘要
对物流企业成本管理的必要性、物流企业成本构成等进行阐述,并分析了国内物流企业在成本管理方面存在的不足,结合相关理论提出改良物流企业成本管理的方案及建议。
In this paper,we introduced the necessity of cost management to the logistics enterprises and the cost composition of them,then analyzed the many inadequacies of the Chinese logistics enterprises in this respect,and at the end,by referring to relevant theories,proposed the solutions and suggestions to improve the cost management practice for the logistics enterprises.
