共同配送在我国农村中的应用

Application of Joint Distribution in Rural China

提出了我国农村共同配送理念,从物流网络、物流成本、物流效率、资源整合、政策环境、发展现状等方面分析了我国农村物流共同配送的必要性和可行性;对共同配送模式下的主体企业选择、运营模式选择、村级网点形式、运作流程等进行了分析;并提出了我国发展农村共同配送的一系列对策建议。

In this paper,we proposed the notion of the joint distribution system of Rural China,and then from the aspects of network,cost,efficiency,resource integration,policy environment and development status,analyzed its necessity and feasibility; next we analyzed the principal enterprise selection,operational mode selection,village-level grid form,and operational process of the joint distribution system;and at the end,we proposed a series of countermeasures and suggestions to develop the joint distribution system in Rural China.
