新常态下我国港口转型升级的对策研究

Study on Countermeasures for Upgrading and Transformation of Chinese Ports under China's New Normal

在国家发展的新常态下,从我国港口发展的5个阶段出发,分析港口数据增长规律,提出目前港口存在的问题与挑战;同时借鉴国外先进港口的发展经验,从政府、产业、企业三个维度着重研究新常态下我国港口转型升级的对策,为港口的创新改革提供一定思路。

In this paper,against the China＇s new normal,we analyzed the pattern in the development of the Chinese ports,proposed the existing problems and challenges,and at the end,by drawing experience from developed foreign ports,proposed the countermeasures for the upgrading and transformation of the Chinese ports under the new China＇s normal on the dimensions of government,industry and enterprise.
