摘要 体验店以消费者为中心,针对传统选址模型的不足,提出基于服务质量视角的逐渐覆盖选址模型。在不同投资预算限制下,建立了以总需求服务质量最大化为目标的体验店选址模型,根据模型特点采用Lingo求解。通过苏宁公司金牛片区的实例分析,计算出不同投资预算限制下的最优体验店选址方案,通过与初始方案的比较,得出了不同企业发展战略的体验店选址决策。验证了模型的实用性和Lingo求解的有效性,从而为体验店选址提供科学的决策依据。 In this paper,in view of the inadequacy of the traditional location allocation model,we proposed a gradual coverage location allocation model from the angle of service quality,then,under different budget constraints,built the product experiencing store location model which aimed to optimize the total demand and the service equality of the store,solved it using Lingo,and at the end,through an empirical analysis of the location of the Suning Store in the Jinniu district,calculated the optimal locations for the store under different budget constraints,arriving at the decision concerning its location under different corporate development strategies and verifying the practicality of the model and the validity of Lingo in its solution.
