摘要
从财务、客户服务、内部运营、学习和发展四个维度构建绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系,运用模糊层次分析法来进行绩效评价;最后把模型运用到企业中去,证明该指标体系的可行性并得出企业实施绿色供应链绩效评价的策略。
In this paper,from the angle of finance,customer service,internal operation and study/development,we established the performance evaluation index system for the green supply chain,adopted the fuzzy AHP in the evaluation process,and at the end,by applying the model in the empirical case of a certain enterprise,demonstrated the feasibility of the index system as well as the practical strategy for the enterprise to implement the performance evaluation process in its green supply chain.
