Reflection on the Practice of “Internet Plus”Smart Elderly Care Services——Based on the research of Z Information Services Platform in X City

对X市Z信息化养老服务平台的实践调研显示,智慧虚拟养老服务在实践中遇到诸如服务界定不清晰、服务对象区分不当、配套设施与服务供给不足、传统观念影响服务推广与服务素质难以保证等挑战。这些领域的完善将有助于推动养老服务覆盖社会服务的"最后一公里",并开启中国养老服务的信息化时代。

Based on the investigation of Z Information platform for elderly care service in X city, the paper points out that intelligent virtual care services has some challenges in practice, such as unclear understand- ing and definition of the service, improper distinction of service targets, insufficient supporting facilities and service supply, service promotion and service quality assurance hindered by traditional concepts. To improve these areas will help to promote the elderly care to covers ＂the last one kilometer of social service＂, and open a new era of informational elderly care service.
