摘要
目前我国高校社会工作专业教育存在着与职业化不相适应的问题:人才培养目标定位不明确、专业价值理念不具有本土特色、课程体系设置缺乏科学性、实践教学环节薄弱、专业教师缺乏职业经验。这些导致了学生的专业能力不强、职业能力不足,很难适应社会工作职业发展的需要。要真正实现社会工作专业的职业化,就必须改革人才培养方案,培育学生专业伦理,强化实践教学,优化专业教师队伍,构建职业化取向的社会工作专业人才培养模式。
At present, professional training of social work in colleges and universities of China is not compat- ible with the occupational demands: the goal of personnel training is not clear; professional value is devoid of local characteristics ; the curriculumsetting isunscientific ; practical teaching is weak ; specialized teachers are lack of occupation experience. All these lead to the weakness of the students' professional ability and in- sufficiency of their occupational ability. Therefore, it is difficult for students to adapt to the need of the so- cial work occupation development. In order to fully realize the professionalism of graduates from social work major, it is imperative to reform the talent training scheme, cultivate students' professional ethics, strength- en practice teaching, optimize faculty, and construct the talent training mode of social work professional with emphasis on occupation orientation.
