清瘟败毒饮对脓毒症患者血乳酸和胱抑素C影响的临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察中药复方清瘟败毒饮对脓毒症患者血乳酸和胱抑素C的影响。方法:将75例脓毒症患者按随机数字表法分为清瘟败毒饮中西医结合治疗组(治疗组38例)和西医治疗组(对照组37例),治疗组在西医常规治疗方法基础上加中药清瘟败毒饮治疗,对照组给予西医常规方法治疗,观察2组患者治疗7 d的临床疗效,以及治疗3 d、7 d后血清胱抑素C和血乳酸水平变化情况。结果:治疗组在提高临床控制率、改善中医症状积分和APACHEⅡ评分方面优于对照组,并有显著降低血清胱抑素C和血乳酸水平作用。结论:应用清瘟败毒饮中西医结合治疗脓毒症可降低患者血乳酸水平,保护肾脏等重要脏器,具有进一步提高临床疗效作用。 Objective: To observe the influence of Qingwen Baidu Decoction on the clearance rate of cys-C and blood lactate in patients with sepsis. Methods: 75 cases of sepsis patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into the application of Qingwen Baidu Decoction in the combination therapy group (treatment group, n = 38) and Western medicine group (control group, n = 37). The treatment group treated by routine western medicine plus Qingwen Baidu Decoction, the control group were treated with routine therapy, to evaluate the therapeutic effect, changes of cys-C and blood lactate clearance rate after treatment 3,7 days. Results: In the aspect of significant efficiency, improve the TCM syndrome score and APACHE Ⅱ score, the treatment group was better than the control group, in the lower cys-C and blood lactate level, the treatment group has an advantage. Conclusion: Qingwen Baidu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of sepsis, can further enhance the clinical curative effect, protect the function of important organs.
