八珍汤加减治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Bazhen Decoction in Treatment of IgA Nephropathy

目的:探讨应用八珍汤加减治疗Ig A肾病的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2005年11月至2015年3月收治的Ig A肾病患者72例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上增加八珍汤加减治疗,观察2组患者的临床疗效,检测24 h尿蛋白、尿红细胞水平并进行比较。结果:2组患者治疗后24 h尿蛋白、尿红细胞组间比较,观察组改善效果显著优于对照组,治疗结束后观察组总有效率显著高于对照组。结论:临床应用八珍汤加减治疗Ig A肾病,能够降低患者尿蛋白及尿红细胞水平,具有确切的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical eilect of Bazhen Decoction in treatment of lgA nephropathy. Methods：A total of 72 patients diagnosed as IgA nephropathy arrived at our hospital from November 2005 to March 2014 were divided randomly into control group （ common drug treatment, n = 36 ） and observed group （ common drug ＋ Bazhen Decoction treatment,n = 36） ,then to compare the Urine protein, urine red blood cells and total efficacy rates differences. Results： the Urine protein, urine red blood cells improvements in observed group were significantly better than control group, the total efficacy rate in observed group were significantly higher（86. 1% VS. 72.2%. Conclusion： Bazhen Decoction can decrease Urine protein and urine red blood cells levels.
