摘要
在二维DOA估计中,基于L型阵列的PM方法具有运算简单、性能较好的特点。文章首先分析了PM方法的原理,同时对该方法进行了Matlab仿真,验证了该算法的有效性。接着确定了其FPGA设计方案:通过构建协方差矩阵、对矩阵进行分块和特征值分解、求取仰角和方位角等实现二维DOA估计,并且进行了FPGA处理周期和资源占用的性能仿真。
In the 2D DOA estimation, the PM method based on L-shaped arrays has the feature of simplicity and better DOA estimation performance. First, this paper introduces the theory of the PM method, and gives the simulation results in Matlab to confirm the efficiency of the method. Then this paper proposes this FPGA scheme, which is composed of correlation matrix construction, matrix partitioning and eigenvalue decomposition, and the calculation of elevation and azimuth. Finally, this paper gives the performance simulation of FPGA processing period and resource usage.
