In the current market economic conditions, the trade union work in enterprises is particularly important.On the basis of following the basic principles of the trade union work,through rearching the problems which exist the trade union work in the new era,the trade union work should sane and perfect the organization system of the trade union cadres,improve the quality of the trade union cadres themselves,establish and improve the working mechanism of the trade union,clear the object of the trade union work and shift the trade union work methods. Mobilizing staff enthusiasm and creativity furthest,do practical work what staff requires and what the union can.
