大跨度交叉创新:研究生教育改革的重要路标

Large-spanning Interdisciplinary Innovation: An Important Route Marker of the Reform in Graduates' Education

高水平创新人才的匮乏是中国当代发展面临的重大问题。跨越一级学科或人文社科与自然科学之间的大跨度交叉,常是取得突破性、颠覆性创新成果的重要途径。在分析大量杰出人才创新案例的基础上提出大跨度交叉创新应是指引当代研究生教育改革的重要而可靠的路标,继而从交叉创新理念培育、课程设置调整和教学模式改进等三个方面提出了中国研究生教育改革的具体建议。

Shortage of high-quality talents with innovation ability is an essential problem faced by China＇s contemporary development. Spanning disciplines of Level One or large-spanning interdisciplinary crossing is sometimes a critical approach for obtaining breaking-through and overturning achievements in innovation. Based on the analysis of innovation cases of a great number of outstanding figures,the paper points out that large-spanning interdisciplinary innovation could be an important and reliable route marker leading contemporary reform of graduates＇ education. Furthermore,the paper puts forward some specific suggestions for the reform of graduates＇ education from the aspects of cultivating ideas of interdisciplinary innovation,adjustment of course designs and improvement of teaching modes.
