美国陆军大学:愿景目标与改革策略

经历了持续的战争冲突之后,美国陆军开始了对院校教育体系的评估与改革,并于2015年7月宣布成立陆军大学。陆军大学将陆军训练与条令司令部下属的所有院校并入其中,旨在建成统一的陆军院校体系。以增强学术相关性和严格性、提高社会声誉、改善院校管理为愿景目标,陆军大学拟从发展一流的军文职教员、设计内容相关标准严格的课程体系、培养高素质的学员、采用国家认可的标准、推动专业研究和出版、营造创新的学习环境、拓展与学术界和工业界的伙伴关系、改革陆军院校系统的管理模式等方面推行改革。

After the continuous conflicts, the U. S. Army took the opportunity to assess and transform its school system. The Army ＇ s Training and Doctrine Command established the Army University in July 2015,aiming to establish the One Army School System. The Army University declares its vision as： recognized for its academic rigor and relevance; respected as a prestigious educational institution; acknowledged for its management practices and institutional agility. The Army University will take eight initiatives to support the strategic vision： develop world class faculty; produce relevant curriculum; grow qualified students; adopt nationally recognized standards; improve professional research / publications; create an innovative learning environment; expand public / private partnerships;implement new business and governance practices.
