摘要 MBD技术作为装配工艺设计过程的数据和技术支撑,能实现产品的全三维数字化设计、制造与检测。文章以轨道交通车辆为研究对象,提出基于MBD的车辆模型、车辆装配模型的定义,并建立了面向生产工艺过程的MBD模型信息,包括机加工、装配、工装设计、焊接等等,最后搭建对模型文件的数据管理和数据传递平台。 As data and technical support of assembly craft and design process, MBD can achieve full threedimensional digital product design, manufacturing and testing. setting rail vehicle as the study object, this paper proposes a definition of vehicle model, vehicle assembly model based MBD, establishes MBD model information for the production process, which includes machining, assembly, tooling design, welding, etc. Finally it builds a data management and data transmission platform of model file.
