摘要
制动计算是列车制动系统设计的关键步骤之一。文章分析了UIC规程、BS EN标准和铁标中有关制动计算的相关内容,从制动力计算、制动能力评估、制动距离计算等方面比较了三个标准的异同点。采用VC++开发了可满足3个标准的制动计算软件,进行不同制动方式组合和不同载荷下的紧急制动和驻车制动计算,并可对单车、单轴进行黏着校核,计算结果能够以图表的方式输出并自动生成制动计算报告。最后以2M8T的动车组为例介绍了制动计算软件的实际应用情况。
Braking calculation is one of the key steps in the design of train braking system. The contents about braking calculation in UIC Code, BS EN Standard and TB/T are analyzed and compared from braking force calculation, braking capability evaluation and braking distance calculation. A software used for braking calculation with different braking mode combinations and loads is developed by VC++ based on three standards, the check of adhesion coefficient on single car or axle also can be obtained, results are output in the pattern of charts and a calculation report is generated automatically. Finally the braking calculation of 2M8 T DMU is completed by the software.
