摘要
简述了风机齿轮箱的故障机理以及振动信号在故障诊断中的作用,同时对振动信号的特征值提取方法进行了讲解。介绍了一些风机齿轮箱故障诊断中的常用方法,在介绍这些方法的同时讲述了其优劣性以及改进方法,最后对故障诊断技术进行了总结和展望。
This paper describes the fault mechanism of wind turbine gearbox and the effect of vibration signal in fault diagnosis. At the same time, the method of extracting the characteristic value of the vibration signal is explained. In addition, this paper introduces some common methods in fauh diagnosis of wind turbine gearbox. The advantages and disadvantages as well as the way of improvement of these methods are analyzed. Finally, the fault diagnosis technology is summarized and prospected.
