摘要
通过简单破碎制得II类再生粗骨料(JP),再经过一次颗粒整形得到准I类再生粗骨料(YK),再进行二次颗粒整形获得I类再生粗骨料(EK);然后分别进行化学强化,制得化学强化后3种不同的再生粗骨料JPH、YKH、EKH。研究6种不同品质再生混凝土的力学性能及强度计算式。结果显示:不同品质再生混凝土的28 d抗压强度与灰水比的线性相关系数均大于90%,但不同品质再生混凝土鲍罗米计算式的相关系数差异较大。EK再生混凝土的力学性能最好,以胶凝材料450 kgm3为例,EK再生混凝土的28 d抗压强度仅比普通混凝土降低了4.0 MPa。
Recycled coarse aggregate of class II( JP) was prepared by simple crushing,and then quasi class I recycled coarse aggregate(YK)was acquired through a particle shaping process,and then class I recycled coarse aggregate(EK)was further acquired through a second particle shaping process. And three different types JPH,YKH,EKH of recycled coarse aggregate were acquired after chemically strengthened treatment. The mechanical properties and the strength formula of six different quality of recycled concrete were studied. The results showthat EK recycled concrete has the best mechanical property 28 d compressive strength of EK type recycled concrete with binder material of 450 kg m3is only reduced by 4.0 M Pa than that of ordinary concrete. The linear correlation coefficient of compressive strength of 28 d with different water cement ratio of concrete quality of regeneration were all higher than 90%,but the correlation coefficient difference between different quality of recycled concrete Bowromi formula.
