大型数控龙门桥式加工中心的研制

摘要 针对船舶、航空、轨道交通、核电等行业的大型零件加工需求,研制了大型数控龙门桥式加工中心,3个移动轴行程为3m×5m×0.8m,可实现0.02mm的镗铣加工精度。通过对加工中心若干技术研究集成,使之具备以下重大特点:(1)研究伺服电机解耦控制方法及双驱动同步技术,保证横梁在两侧桥式立柱导轨上的精确同步纵向移动;(2)通过旋转螺母丝杠结构分别独立驱动双主轴头在横梁上的横向移动,实现双主轴独立加工;(3)利用双回转摆动铣头附件及控制系统集成,实现大型零件的五轴数控加工。所研制的加工中心具有工作台承重大、加工效率高、使用方便、自动化程度较高等特点,已成功用于生产。 To meet the requirements for manufacturing large parts in shipbuilding, aviation, rail transportation, nuclear power and other emerging industries, a large size CNC elevated gantry machining-center is developed, with stroke of three translational axis 3m×5m×0.8m and machining accuracy of 0.02mm. The machining-center is designed to possess the following important features: (1) Bilateral precise synchronous drive motor control system; (2) Mechanical structure of static screw and rotary nut to achieve independent motions of double spindles; (3) Double rotary oscillating accessory milling head and 5-axis control system. Integrated with the components and techniques mentioned above, the machining center is characterized with large carrying capacity, high machining efficiency and automation, easy operation and has found its successful application in large parts manufacturing.
