从台湾看女性组织发展与社会改革

Study on the Development of Women Organization and Social Reform base on Taiwan's Experience

社会组织发展是社会改革的重要载体。我国台湾的女性组织以1987年解严为分水岭,分为酝酿期和快速发展期,逐步形成与当局合作共同改善女性相关议题的局面。台湾经验对大陆社会组织发展的启示有:建立对社会组织的支持性政策环境,社会组织的理念和使命需要来自创办者自下而上的激发,政府与社会组织合作共同改善社会问题,打通社会组织的政策倡导渠道。

The development of social organizations is an important carrier of social reform. Taking the end of martial law in 1987 as a watershed, the women organizations in Taiwan were divided into gestation period and rapid development. They have been gradually formed collaboration with the Taiwan authorities to improve women＇s situation. Taiwan＇s experience could inspire the mainland in the following points： establishing supportive policy environment for social organizations, the idea and mission of social organization requires the bottom-up inspiration, the government should cooperate with social organizations to improve social problems, establishing social policy advocacy channels for social organizations.
