湖南省2014年居民法定传染病漏报调查

Survey on underreporting of notifiable communicable diseases among residents in Hunan province,2014

目的了解湖南省居民法定传染病漏报情况,以评价网络直报数据可靠性。方法按2014年法定传染病漏报调查项目实施方案,采用分层整群抽样方法,对辖区内居民进行入户家庭访视,了解截至调查日法定传染病患病情况,并与"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"相关数据进行核对。结果共调查居民26 333人,查出患传染病12种477例,总漏报率为63.31%。甲类传染病无漏报,乙类和丙类传染病的漏报率分别为15.38%、69.18%;漏报率居前3位的病种为急性出血性结膜炎(90.91%)、其他感染性腹泻病(87.45%)、风疹83.33%。随着医疗机构级别升高,漏报率逐渐降低,不同级别医疗机构漏报率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论湖南省2014年居民法定传染病漏报率较高,应强化传染病报告管理工作。

Objective To investigate current status of underreporting of notifiable communicable diseases among residents in Hunan province;to evaluate representativity of network reporting data.Methods According to the Implementation Plan of Survey of Underreporting of Notifiable Communicable Diseases in 2014,household interview was conducted among residents in Hunan province selected by stratified cluster sampling method.The incidence of notifiable communicable diseases by the end of the survey date was investigated and compared with corresponding data from the China Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention.Results A total of 26 333 residents were surveyed,477 cases of 12 kinds of infectious diseases were indentified,resulting overall underreporting rate of 63.31%.No class A communicable diseases was identified,the underreporting rates of class B and C communicable diseases were 15.38%and 69.18%,respectively.The top three diseases failed to be reported correctly were acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis（90.91%）,other infectious diarrhea（87.45%）and rubella（83.33%）.The underreporting rates of notifiable communicable diseases were gradually reduced with the increasing levels of medical institutions.Statistical significance was observed among underreporting rates among different level medical institutions（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The underreporting rate of notifiable communicable diseases among residents in Hunan province in 2014 was high;it is necessary to continuously strengthen management of communicable disease reporting.
