监狱服刑人员高血压流行现状及危险因素研究

Study on current hypertension prevalence status and its risk factors of prisoners

目的了解某监狱服刑人员高血压流行现状并探讨相关危险因素。方法对某监狱服刑人员开展健康体检,并进行流行病学问卷调查,分析高血压患病率、知晓率和治疗率及高血压相关危险因素。结果调查的服刑人员中共检出高血压患者526例,高血压粗患病率为24.07%,知晓率为46.77%,治疗率为31.94%,标化后分别为29.65%、43.45%、29.26%。多因素logistic回归分析显示年龄、BMI、饮酒和高甘油三酯是高血压独立危险因素。结论某监狱服刑人员高血压患病率与普通人群较为接近,但中青年人群知晓和治疗状况不理想,应加强干预。

Objective To describe current status of hypertension prevalence and study related risk factors among prisoners.Methods Health examination and epidemiological investigation were conducted among prisoners.Hypertension prevalence,disease-related knowledge awareness rate,cure rate and related risk factors were analyzed.Results A total of 526 hypertension patients were identified among all prisoners.Raw hypertension prevalence,awareness rate and cure rate was 24.07%,46.77%and 31.94%,respectively.Standardized prevalence,awareness rate and cure rate was 29.65%,43.45% and 29.26%,respectively.Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that age,BMI,drinking and high triglyceride were major independent risk factors of hypertension.Conclusion Hypertension prevalence of prisoners in a prison was similar to general population.However,the awareness rate and cure rate of young and mid-aged population was low.Comprehensive prevention and health promotion should be strengthened.
