不同硒源对番鸭产蛋性能和蛋品质及血清蛋白的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为番鸭饲料配方的开发及富硒鸭蛋的生产提供参考,选用170日龄番鸭210羽,随机分成7组,对照组饲喂基础日粮(硒含量为0.04 mg/kg),Ⅰ~Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加亚硒酸钠(无机硒)0.1mg/kg、0.3 mg/kg和0.5 mg/kg,Ⅳ~Ⅵ组分别添加酵母硒(有机硒)0.1 mg/kg、0.3 mg/kg和0.5mg/kg,3个重复,预试期7d,正试期84d,进行不同硒源不同添加水平对番鸭产蛋性能和蛋品质及血液生化指标的影响试验。结果表明:在日粮中添加硒源后可降低番鸭的采食量、料蛋比和蛋的哈氏单位,提高产蛋率、平均蛋重、蛋壳厚度、蛋形指数和蛋壳强度,加深蛋黄颜色和提高血清球蛋白和总蛋白水平。其中,以添加亚硒酸钠和酵母硒0.5mg/kg的效果较好,有机硒的效果优于无机硒。 210 C.moschate with 170 dold were divided into seven groups.Then GroupⅠ~Ⅲ were fed with basic ration plus 0.1mg/kg,0.3mg/kg and 0.5mg/kg sodium selenite(inorganic Se)separately,GroupⅣ~Ⅵ were fed with basic ration plus 0.1mg/kg,0.3mg/kg and 0.5mg/kg Se yeast(organic Se)respectively and Group CK was fed with basic ration including 0.04mg/kg Se for 7dpreliminary test and84 dformal test.Finally,the effects of different Se sources with different addition levels on egg laying performance,egg quality and blood's biochemical index of C.moschate were studied to provide a reference for development of feed formula and production of Se-enriched duck egg.Results:The ration plus Se source can reduce feed intake,feed/egg ratio and egg Haugh unit of cairina moschat,improve laying rate,average egg weight,eggshell thickness,egg shape index and eggshell intensity,deepen yolk color and increase the level of seroglobulin and total protein.The effect of adding 0.5mg/kg sodium selenite and Se yeast in the ration is better than other treatments and the effect of organic Se is better than inorganic Se.
