艾纳香种苗等级划分及其与植株产质量的相关性

Correlation Between the Classification of Blumea balsamifera Classification and Plant Yield and Quality

为了对艾纳香种苗等级标准的制定及高产栽培提供依据,以产自贵州艾纳香主产区罗甸、兴义的种苗为材料,以株高、叶长和地径为分级指标对种苗进行分级,根据不同等级种苗的田间生长情况,测定分析其植株产量和质量。结果表明:种苗可划分为3个等级,I级苗:株高≥22.5cm,叶长≥24.5cm,地径≥6.9mm;II级苗:株高≥15.0cm,叶长≥16.1cm,地径≥5.3 mm;III级苗:株高≥11.3cm,叶长≥13.8cm,地径≥4.7mm。I级种苗成药期植株的叶鲜重、干重、叶长、叶片数等生长指标均超过其他等级种苗,田间长势较好,产量高,药材的外部性状优;种苗等级与药材艾粉含量无线性相关,但与艾纳香叶产量呈正相关,生产上建议选用株高≥22.5cm,叶长≥24.5cm,地径≥6.9mm的苗作为种苗。

To provide references for formulating B.balsamiferaseedling grade standard and high-yield cultivation,seedlings of B.balsamifera were collected from the main production area in Guizhou,such as Luodian and Xingyi,all the samples were measured with plant height,leaf length and ground diameter of single seedling and the seedlings were divided into various grades,and the yield and quantity were measured according to the field growth status.Results：Seedlings were divided into three grades.Grade I：plant height≥ 22.5 cm,leaf length ≥ 24.5 cm,ground diameter≥ 6.9 mm; Grade II：plant height≥15.0cm,leaf length≥16.1cm,ground diameter≥5.3mm;Grade III：plant height≥11.3cm,leaf length≥13.8cm,ground diameter≥4.7mm.Growth indices of grade I seedlings,such as leaf fresh/dry weight,leaf length and leaf quantity were the best compared with grade II and III seedlings;Growth condition in field was better and the yield was the highest,and characters of product from grade I seedlings were excellent.Seedling grade has no linear correlation with the content of B.balsamiferapowder,but is positively associated with leaf yield.The plant from the grade I seedlings with plant height≥22.5cm,leaf lenght≥24.5cm and ground diameter≥6.9mm is the best seedling in production.
