贵州野生扇脉杓兰居群的物种多样性

Species Diversity of Wild Cypripedium japonicum Population in Guizhou

为了解贵州野生扇脉杓兰原生境植被物种的数量和种类,为其群落的动态监测、保护野生扇脉杓兰的遗传资源提供参考,运用线路调查和样地调查相结合的方法,对贵州省道真县大沙河省级自然保护区的野生扇脉杓兰植物资源以及境内伴生物种进行了多样性调查。结果表明:大沙河省级自然保护区扇脉杓兰原生境有植物89种、分属59科。按乔木层、灌木层和草本层进行分类,乔木有13种,分属10科;灌木层有57种,分属32科;草本层有19种,分属17科。扇脉杓兰原生境的物种数总体表现为草本层极少、乔木层较少、灌木层为主的特征,其中灌木层又以忍冬科植物为主,蔷薇科植物其次。

The wild C.japonicum resources and diversity of its accompanying species in Dashahe Nature Reserve,Daozhen County,Guizhou were investigated by route and sample-plot survey to know quantity and kinds of wild C.japonicum original habitat vegetation species and to provide a reference for dynamic monitoring of C.japonicum＇s community and protection of wild C.japonicum genetic resources.Results：There are 89species（59families）in C.japonicum original habitat of Dashahe Nature Reserve.There are 13 arbor species（10families）,57 shrub species（32families）and 19 herbaceous species（59families）in C.japonicumoriginal habitat of Dashahe Nature Reserve according to arbor layer,shrub layer and herbaceous layer classification.The species number of herbaceous layer and arbor layer is few and less in wild C.japonicumoriginal habitat respectively.The species number of arbor layer has predominance in wild C.japonicum original habitat and the shrub layer is dominated by Caprifoliaceae,followed by Rosaceae.
