摘要
为适应现代气象业务发展要求,黔东南州气象局积极探索建立了以积分制为主的预报员管理激励评价体系。该文介绍其做法,结合工作实践,针对预报员队伍建设存在的问题提出思考与建议。
For the development demand of modern meteorological service,Qiandongnan Autonomous Prefecture Meteorological Bureau has actively explored and established the evaluation system of forecaster management incentive point redemption scheme. This paper presents the evaluation system in combination with the actual practice and gives analysis and suggestions for the construction of the forecaster team.
