There are always some prompts about suspect data and errors in the automatic auditing of surface meteorological observation data files. Can these results be trusted？ Conclusions are reached through synthetic and manual analysis that these prompts from the auditing software are not completely correct. Some errors have been proved right after a lot of analyses and discussions from examiners. And this point will be demonstrated through many instances.
