思想政治教育时间功能的激活及时间效益的提高,有赖于时间杠杆机制作用的发挥。为此,必须增强教育时间杠杆动力,更新时间观念,提高时商指数,调适时间行为;选准时间杠杆支点,完善思想政治教育时间结构,创设利用思想政治教育时机;延长时间杠杆动力臂,善用时间学理论及方法,加大思想政治教育与现代科技的融合力度;对接时间杠杆受力点并引导受教者增强自我提升力,准确把握受教者年龄特征和个性时间行为特点,优化思想政治教育队伍年龄结构,促进施教者与受教者代际和谐,发挥受教者自我教育作用;优化时间杠杆环境,积极营造科学精神与人文精神相统一的教育时间制度和时间文化环境。

The activation of the ideological and political education＇s time function and the improvement of time efficiency rely on the time lever mechanism. Therefore,we must boost the power of educational time＇s lever,update the concept of time,increase time quotient,adjust time behavior,choose the fulcrum of time lever correctly,make use of the time theory and methods effectively,deepen the conjunction of ideological and political education and modern technology,find the appropriate fulcrum of time lever,instruct the educated to boost self- improvement,accurately grasp the characteristics of the age of the educated and individual time behavior,optimize the age structure of the ideological and political educators,increase the harmony between educators and the educated,display the role of educator＇s self- education,improve the time lever environment,actively create an educational time system and time cultural environment in which science spirit is connected with humane spirit.
