地方院校不合格党员退出机制的实践与思考——以河池学院为例

The Practice and Reflection of Withdrawal System of Unqualified Party Members in Local Colleges——Take Hechi University for Example

不合格党员退出机制是保持党组织活力的一个重要机制,构建不合格党员退出机制是地方院校保持党员队伍纯洁性与先进性的重要保证。结合河池学院构建不合格党员退出机制实践的基本情况、主要做法和存在问题,从转变观念、建立完善不合格党员处置办法、健全相关配套机制三个方面,就地方院校在构建不合格党员退出机制过程中出现的问题及对策进行思考和探索。

Withdrawalsystem of unqualified party members is a significant mechanism to maintain vitality of Communist Party of China（ CPC）. The construction of withdrawal system is an importantguarantee to maintain the purity and advanced nature of CPC. This paper explores the relevant problems of unqualified party members＇ withdrawal system of local colleges from the aspects of transforming ideas,creating and consummating the disposal methods and enhancing the relative accessorial mechanism referring to the basic situation,principal methods and existing problems of Hechi University in constructing withdrawal system of unqualified party members.
