摘要
采用高频感应加热设备与熔钎焊方法的耦合构建高频感应钎焊平台。通过在结合面上添加钎料来实现T2紫铜管与1A99铝棒的包覆焊接,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)对焊件横截面的物相形态、种类及元素分别进行分析研究。结果表明:截面明显分为外圈铜层、中间层及铝芯,且层与层之间结合界面成形良好,无明显的焊接缺陷。通过SEM分析得出,中间层与铜之间有金属间化合物Cu_9Al_4生成,且呈现连续层状分布。中间层主要为金属间化合物CuAl_2和Al(Cu),Al(Sn)固溶体,且分布均匀。焊接机理主要是钎料对母材的溶解,从而实现原子扩散等冶金结合。
With coupled high-frequency induction heating equipment and fusion weilding-brazing method,a high-frequency induction brazing plateform was founded. By adding solder on the joining interface,T2 copper coated welding rod and 1A99 were joined. The phase morphology in cross-section weld and element conpositions were analyzed by SEM,EDS. The results showed that the cross-section of joint without welding defects is divided obviously into outer copper layer,an intermediate layer,and aluminum,and a good bonding interface forms between layers.SEM analysis shows that there are continuous intermetallic compounds layer of Cu_9Al_4 formed the interface between the intermediate layer and the copper. The intermediate layer is mainly an uniformly distributed intermetallic compounds of CuAl_2 and Al( Cu),Al( Sn) solid solution,and. Welding mechanism is solder dissolution of the base material to achieve metallurgical bonding and other atomic diffusion.
