摘要
采用特殊工艺制备出了厚度为60μm的AgCuSn-Ag-AgCuSn复合钎料箔带,并利用金相显微镜、电子扫描显微镜及能谱仪、热重分析仪对钎料显微组织、各相的成分以及钎料的熔化特征进行了分析;结果表明钎料的断面呈三明治状叠层结构,熔化温度为600~750℃。钎焊试验结果表明,该复合钎料具有良好的钎焊工艺性,钎焊铜搭接头平均抗拉强度为20.5MPa。
AgCuSn-Ag-AgCuSn composite solder foil with thickness of 60 μm was prepared by special technology. The microstructure,phase composition and melting characteristics of solder were analyzed by using metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analyzer. The results show that the section of solder has a sandwich structure,and its melting temperature is 600 ~ 750 ℃. The experiments show that the composite solder has good brazing performance,and the average tensile strength of the soldered joint is 20. 5 MPa.
