摘要
侧围总成是小客车车身的主要组成部分,焊接质量影响其使用性能,焊接自动化程度影响小客车的生产效率。对小客车侧围总成采用CAD的方法,分析定位夹持点信息,按照需求设计焊装夹具,在CATIA环境下进行机器人焊接仿真模拟,不仅达到焊接快速高效、准确可靠的目的,而且满足汽车市场的快速发展以及人们对小客车的个性化需求。
Lateral assembly is the main part of the bus body. Welding quality determines its performance and welding automation affects the production efficiency of passenger cars. For the lateral assembly of passenger cars,the CAD method was used to analyze the information of the clamping points used to positioning. The welding fixtures were designed according to demand. The simulation of robot welding was conducted under CATIA,which not only achieve the goal of accurate and reliable welding with high speed,high efficiency,but also meets the requirement of rapid development of automobile market and people's individual needs for passenger cars.
