中医辨证联合西医常规治疗胃溃疡合并出血临床观察

Clinical observation of combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine on gastric ulcer complicated with hemorrhage

目的观察中医辨证联合西医常规治疗胃溃疡合并出血患者的临床疗效。方法将76例胃溃疡合并出血患者随机分为2组,对照组30例应用西医常规治疗,治疗组46例在对照组治疗基础上应用中医辨证治疗,2组均治疗14 d。比较2组疗效,观察2组止血时间。结果治疗组总有效率93.5%,对照组86.7%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组平均止血时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证联合西医常规治疗胃溃疡合并出血,能缩短止血时间,促进溃疡组织结构愈合,改善症状,提高疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine on gastric ulcer complicated with hemorrhage.Methods 76 gastric ulcer patients with hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in control group were treated by western routine treatment.46 patients in treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation on the basis of control group treatment.The course was 14 days in two groups.The curative effect was compared between two groups,and the hemostasis time was observed in two groups.Results There was statistical significant difference on total effective rate in two groups（ P〈0.05）,and the curative effect in treatment group（ 93.5%） was superior to that in control group（ 86.7%,P〈0.05）.The average hemostasis time in treatment group was obviously shorter than that in control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine based on syndrome differentiation on the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with hemorrhage,can shorten hemostasis time,promote healing of ulcer tissues,improve clinical symptom and enhance curative effect.
