基于理性行为理论的消费者行为研究综述 被引量:11

摘要 理性行为理论(Theory of Reasoned Action,TRA)将规范和态度作为影响行为意图的两个变量,该理论模型被广泛运用于消费者行为研究领域,同时,理性行为理论模型及其拓展模型中各个变量之间的相关性在不断地被修正,且其应用的普遍性仍然存在争议。本文的重点在于通过对理性行为理论及其拓展模型的文献研究,分析理性行为理论及其拓展模型当中各变量之间的关系,与此同时,推断未来理性行为理论的研究方向。
