摘要
目的:了解医学生对医德现状的认知情况,为强化医学生医德教育提供借鉴和建议。方法:采用分层抽样的方法,对北京市、四川省、山西省的医学院校大学生开展问卷调查。结果:医学生对医务人员医德现状持较为积极的态度,认为医患之间能够形成较好的互动,医德教育在医学生医德形成过程中发挥了重要的基础作用;对医务人员医德的整体评价和医患关系的整体评价中,不同性别医学生无统计学差异(P>0.05),不同学历和专业的医学生间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:加强医学生医德教育,指导医学生对医德现状形成理性判断,强化临床实践期间医学生的医德教育,优化医疗环境,促进医学生优良医德品质的形成。
Objective: To investigate the present situation of medical students on medical ethics cognition for strengthening students'medical ethics education. Methods: A stratified random sampling method was used to carry out the questionnaire survey among the medical college students in Beijing, Sichuan and Shanxi provinces. Results: Medical students had a positive attitude toward the medical ethics of medical person- nel, and thought that it could be a good interaction between doctors and patients. Meantime, the medical ethics education played an important role in the formation of medical ethics. In the evaluation of medical ethics and the relationship between doctors and patients, there were no significant differences ( P 〉 0.05 ) among medicine students with the different sexes, and there were statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) among students with different educational background and majors. Conclusion: In order to strengthen medical ethics education for medical students, it is needed to make medical students form a rational judgment for medical ethics status, and to strengthen the medical ethics education during clinical practice. It needs to optimize the medical environment to promote the formation of students'medical ethics.
