摘要
目前众多卫生机构开始利用社交媒体向公众提供健康信息服务。但基于社交媒体的健康信息服务效果如何以及其与其他健康信息服务形式有什么本质区别、如何创新健康信息服务模式等问题仍然有待探讨。本文在对国外基于社交媒体的卫生机构健康信息服务内容及形式进行归纳、总结的基础上,提出了提升卫生机构社交媒体信息服务效能的主要路径,即从卫生机构发布的微博信息特征及其追随者特征2个角度进行分析并提出措施,以期对国内卫生机构信息服务模式研究提供参考依据。
At present , many health departments are starting to offer health information services to the public by using social media. While it needs further discussion about what is the effectiveness of the information services using social media, what are the essential differences between the information services using the social media and the other health information models, how to form new health information model. Based on the abroad and domestic researches, this article put forward the way to improve the effect of social media information services offered by the health departments, preseated measures from weibo information characteristics and fans characteristics, in order to provide useful reference to the future re- lated research in China.
