过敏性咽喉炎顽固性咳嗽的中药治疗

Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of allergic pharyngitis stubborn cough

目的探讨治疗过敏性咽喉炎顽固性咳嗽的有效药物。方法采用中药方剂(中药12味)治疗过敏性咽喉炎顽固性咳嗽患者,并设置孟鲁司特钠(顺尔宁)对照组,分别治疗3个月并观察其治疗效果;1年后随访观察治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,中药方剂(中药12味)疗效显著优于孟鲁司特钠(顺尔宁)对照组;咳嗽、哮喘等症状经3个月的治疗后基本消失;1年后随访患者病情稳定,很少复发。结论本药物疗效好、愈后很少复发,可标本兼治,服用方便、简单,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the effective medicine for the treatment of allergic pharyngitis intractable cough.Methods Traditional Chinese medicine（12 kinds of Chinese medicine）was used in the treatment of allergic pharyngitis stubborn cough patients for 3 months,while the montelukast sodium（Shun Er-ning）was set as control group.The therapeutic effects of these two groups were observed after 1 years follow-up.Results After 3 months of treatment,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine（12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine）group was significantly better than montelukast（Shun Er-ning）group.Symptoms of cough and asthma disappeared with little recurrence.Conclusion The curative efficacy of traditional Chinese Medicine was better with little recurrence.It was token conveniently with safety and reliability.
